Kindly find the result of eligible, surplus, qualified and willing GDSs candidates of LDCE, 2022 of other Circles selected for appointment in MTS cadre against the vacancies in MTS cadre for the years 2009 to 2022, notified vide this office notification no. R&E/R-1/PM-MG-MTS/NIT/2018 dated 25.10.2023 under special recruitment drive in Delhi Circle, given in the Annexure-I enclosed.
- Instructions/SOP issued vide Directorate Letter No. W-03/1/2020-SPN-I dated 26.06.2024(circulated to all concerned vide this office letter of even no. dated 01.07.2024), have been followed for selection of candidates to MTS cadre against the aforesaid vacancies in Delhi Circle.
- The particulars of candidates i.e. Names, Roll numbers, Category & Percentage/marks of the candidates etc have been taken from the soft data provided by their respective Circles. The concerned Circles/HoU’s in Delhi Circle are requested that particulars of selected candidates as mentioned in the Annexure-I and the pending disciplinary proceedings & punishment under currency against any of the selected candidates may be checked and if any discrepancy is found in the particulars of any selected candidates, the same may be reported immediately to this office and appointment of the respective candidates may be deferred until receipt of clearance from this office. Further, name of candidates (which are in short of some candidates) and.
Date of Birth of the candidates have been written in the result as provided by their respective
Circles. So, the full name and DOB of the candidates may be tallied and taken as per the 10th
class mark sheet of the respective candidate. - SOP/ a step by step procedure for forwarding of Personal Files, issue of training cum appointment orders & joining of selected candidates already Issued in r/o Postman/Mailguard-dated 01.11.2024. may also be referred & followed for joining process of the candidates
