GDS to MTS-PM-MG Final Answer Key 2026
NOTICE
Subject: Publishing of Final Answer keys in connection with Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE)/Competitive Examination (CE) for promotion/recruitment to the posts of PM/MG/MTS from eligible officials for the vacancy year 2026 held on 12.07.2026 (Sunday).
In connection with above subject, the final answer keys of each series i.e. (A), (B), (C) & (D) of Paper-I, Paper-II & Paper-III (MCQ Portion) is hereby enclosed as Annexure-I, Annexure-II & Annexure-III respectively.
2. As per the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) circulated by the Directorate vide letter no. A-34012/02/2022-DE dated 11.08.2022 and subsequent amendment dated 21.09.2023, the feedback/objections received from the candidates on the Provisional Answer Keys were duly examined as per procedure detailed below:
(i) Moderation Committees examined the consolidated feedback/comments received from the candidates and made their recommendations on the question under objections. Thereafter, feedbacks of concerned Paper Setters were also obtained.
(ii) A High Level Committee deliberated and made its recommendations in respect of questions, referred to it, for consideration of the Competent Authority for finalization of Answer Key.
3. As per extant rules, in case, if there is a recommendation of deletion or change of answer options of any questions by the Committee and approved by the Competent Authority then:
(i) No marks should be awarded to the candidates in respect of deleted questions irrespective of the whether the candidates attempted the question or not.
(ii) In the event of deletion of questions of any paper the minimum qualifying marks for the paper should be reduced on pro rata basis and rounding off of fraction in case of qualifying marks and overall need not to be applied.
4. The decision of the Competent Authority on the answer key shall be final and binding. No representation or grievance in this regard shall be entertained thereafter.
5. This is issued with the approval of the Competent Authority.
