Competitive Examination (CE) forrecruitment to the cadre of Multi-Tasking Staff (MIS) eligible Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDSs) for the vacancy year 2024, held on 25 08 2024 and result declared on 17.10.2024: Declaration of Supplementary Result List-l against refusal of selected candidates.
In continuation of this office letter of even number dated 17. 10.2024, I am directed to forward the Supplementary result-l against refusals of selected candidates of Competitive Examination(CE) for the recruitment to the cadre of Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) from eligible Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDSs) for the vacancy year 2024 held on 25.08.2024and result declared on 17.10.2024in Annexure-A
2. Following selected candidates have submitted their refusals for recruitment to the post of MTS and details are as under:

4. Allotment of Divisions/ Units to selected candidates have been made as per instruction contained in Directorate letter No. 17-08/2018-SPN-I dated 18.10.20238 31 10.2023 This allotment is also subject to change, if any discrepancy found in allotment later on.
5. The information relating to names of the candidates, their roll numbers, categories, post- category, date of birth & date of appointment have been shown on the basis of information furnished by the Regions/Division/Units. In case, there are any mistakes in the details of candidates, the same may be intimated to this office for necessary action. In case, if it is found subsequently that any of the promoted / selected candidate was not eligible for the examination/ selection under the existing rules/ instructions on the subject or for any other reasons or in case any mistake is found with regard to declaration of result of any candidate for any reason whatsoever, his/her name will be deleted from the list of successful candidates, as the case may be. This result is also subject to any change in the merit list of successful candidates due to any unforeseen reason in accordance with the existing rules and instructions on the subject.
6. The result of all successful candidates is subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria to be decided by the concerned Divisional/ Unit Headand vigilance status of the candidates. The official/ candidate against whom vigilance or disciplinary case is pending / those undergoing punishment should not be recruited and such cases should be referred back to this as per directions of Directorate letter no 17-47/2024-GDS dated 14.10.2024
7. Final Answer Keys of above examination have already been uploaded in the Departmental website i.e. www.indiapost.gov.in on 03.09.2024.
8. All the Divisional Heads/ Appointment Authorities are requested to cause issuance of appointment orders on or before 21.10.2024. The appointment authorities are also requested to carry out all the required pre-appointment formalities as provide in relevant rules and instructions issued from time to time.
9. Divisional / Unit Heads are requested to ensure the relief arrangement of the candidates so as to join the recruited post by them on 24.10.2024 (F/N) and their training will be started simultaneously by the concerned division from the date of joining in MTScadre i.e 24.10.2024. If there are any queries, regarding training programme, please coordinate with staff section, CO Jaipur.
10. Divisional Heads concerned are directed to submit the unwillingness/refusal (unconditional) of the candidate by 21.10.2024 positively. If any Division/Unit especially in which the candidate is presently working is failed to submit the refusal within stipulated time to Circle Office, they will be held responsible for that.
11. Request for revised allotment of any candidate will not be entertained.
